P2P 2022 REGISTRATION

INSTRUCTIONS:

 There is a $35.00 space holding fee to ensure that those who register, attend.  Should it be that anyone, who, despite all good intentions, is not able to attend, we encourage such person to give the space held to an appreciative youth who is willing and able to attend.

Completion of one form per person and the place holding fee are required to ensure that we have sessions that are geared to the needs of the attendees and that we do not exceed capacity limits.

Please make sure to pay the place holding fee AND submit the registration form below. If you are paying for multiple people, you must fill out a registration form for each individual you have paid for.

As with any other public space, VFWC and the Purity Conference is not liable for any case of COVID-19 that occurs during or after attending P2P 2022.

The conference will take all possible precautions and COVID-19 guidelines will be enforced. Full cooperation of all attendees is greatly appreciated to keep everyone safe.
